Dr. Zou is one of the industry’s top experts in power delivery for highperformance processors. Prior to founding PowerLattice, he held technicalleadership roles at Qualcomm/NUVIA, Huawei and Intel.

During his stints atthose companies, he led the multi-disciplinary teams to advance integratedvoltage regulator technologies and productization in many aspects such asmagnetic materials and processes, circuit technology and system architecture.

After realizing that power wall increasingly becomes a major limiting factor forAI performance, Dr. Zou set out to bring a step function change in power deliveryfor the industry and founded PowerLattice. Dr. Zou holds 15 US patents.

Gang Ren brings over 25 years of rich experience in leading successful analogand mixed-signal IC product design. He delivered more than a billion parts totier-one customers like Apple, Samsung, and Amazon. At PowerLattice, he leadsthe overall engineering efforts in developing the scalable and configurable micro-IVR based power chiplet technologies.

His pioneering work revolutionized howpower solution can be easily adopted and integrated into a SoC. Prior to foundingPowerLattice, he held technical leadership roles at Qualcomm/NUVIA, Maxim(ADI), and Huawei, where he led the architecture, design and chip integration ofIVR PMICs, FuelGauge ICs and ultra-low-power analog solutions.

Sujith Dermal brings over 15 years of experience in RF, analog and mixed-signal IC product design. At PowerLattice, he leads customer solutions team to drive the adoption and design win of the groundbreaking power delivery chiplet solution. Prior to co-founding the company, he held senior technical roles at Qualcomm/NUVIA, Dialog and Freescale, where he made key contributions to IVR chiplet development and high volume RF SoC products.

His expertise spans in circuit design, system integration, validation and customer enablement. He is passionate about bridging cutting-edge silicon design with real-world application performance, and has collaborated closely with customers, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring the industry’s first power delivery chiplet to market.
